Apply for a Loan

You can complete and submit your loan application electronically or mail us a paper copy. The choice is yours.

MIF Loan Application for ELCA Congregations

To submit your loan application online:

  1. Click on the link above to access the application.

  2. To begin, you will be required to enter the names and email addresses of two signers of this application.  Once the two names are entered, click “Begin Signing” to complete the application.

  3. The first signer will provide a signature and click “Finish.”  Then the application will be sent to the second signer’s mailbox. The second signer will sign the application and click “Submit.”  Please be sure that two officers sign the application. 

  4. When you submit the application, you will get an option to save the application for your reference.  You will also receive verification that your application was successfully submitted.

  5. Expect a representative to contact you within 15 days. 

To submit a paper application:

  1. Click on the link above to access the application.

  2. To begin, you will be required to enter the names and email addresses of two signers of this application.  Once the two names are entered, click on “Begin Signing” to proceed to the application.

  3. You may choose to fill in the application online, then print and mail a paper copy.  To do so, choose the “Other actions” tab, then click “Print and Sign.”  To download your completed application for printing, select “Upload,” then “Continue,” then “Download.”

  4. You may also choose to download the application without completing it online.  On the application information page, click the “Other actions” tab, then click “Print and Sign.”  Select “Upload,” then “Continue,” then “Download.”  Complete and sign the printed application.  Please be sure that two officers sign the application.

  5. Mail your completed application along with the required documentation to:

  6. Expect a representative to contact you within 15 days.

To submit your loan application online:

  1. Click on the link above to complete the appropriate, fillable PDF loan application.

  2. Save and upload the completed application.

  3. Expect a representative to contact you within 15 days.

To submit a paper application:

  1. Click on the link above to download, print and complete the appropriate loan application.

  2. Mail your completed application along with the required documentation to:
